Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Corporation (Greenbrier Valley EDC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering and environmental consulting firms to provide due diligence services for industrial sites across its three-county footprint. Services may include, but are not limited to, environmental assessments, geotechnical investigations, surveying, and site feasibility analysis. Some sites have been awarded funds through the YesWV Site Ready Program. A description of eligible expenditures and deliverables for that program is included in the RFP provided here.
